Accommodation Options
At Lakefront, over 1,000m² of communal spaces create the foundation for connection, collaboration, and relaxation. Five shared kitchens and dining areas bring people together over meals, while the communal living room, fireplace lounge, and quiet zones—including a dedicated Zen room—offer space to unwind. For focused work, residents have access to co-working areas, private meeting rooms, an event space, and a library.
In the lower ground floor, creativity and movement take center stage with a gym, a dance and listening lounge, a fully equipped podcast studio, and a handicraft workshop. Outdoors, residents can enjoy the sauna raft, patios, gardens, and convenient storage spaces. Free electric bicycles provide easy transport, and the surrounding area offers free access to tennis courts, a football pitch, an outdoor gym, kayaks, swimming in the lake and walking/running paths.
The main building spans 6,000m² and features 41 newly renovated, fully furnished apartments ranging from 32-46m². Each apartment includes a living room, bedroom, private bathroom, and a kitchen or kitchenette, all styled with Scandinavian-inspired interiors, fresh wooden and stone flooring, and modern finishes. Most apartments are for single residents or couples, with some shared options available at a lower cost.
Additional amenities include an honesty bar, café, laundry facilities, and fully stocked communal kitchens with coffee, tea, and cooking essentials. Most apartments will be occupied by a single resident or a couple, some will be shared and offered at a lower cost.
