All apartments are fully furnished with Scandinavian-inspired interiors — wooden floors, modern finishes, private bathroom, and kitchen or kitchenette. Core furniture and lighting are included. Most are for single residents or couples; shared options are available at lower cost.
Beyond the apartments, residents have access to over 1,000 square metres of communal space: shared kitchens, a library, co-working areas, a gym, yoga room, podcast studio, sauna raft, and more. Free e-bikes for the city and the lake.
