Emerge Institute

Emerge Institute is based on the Lakefront campus. Building on the 17-years experience within the Ekskäret Foundation ecosystem, it runs programmes in inner development, systems thinking, and leadership — open to residents and to participants from outside the community, both in person and online.

For residents, the Institute is simply part of the rhythm of the place. There are programmes to join, visiting thinkers passing through, and conversations that tend to raise the level of the week. Every new resident is invited to join a Ten-Week Introduction Programme — a gentle entry point into the intellectual and community life of Lakefront.

Beyond that, engagement with the Institute is voluntary. But the culture makes it easy to go deep, and the presence of serious programmes on the premises is part of what makes Lakefront different from other places to live.
