Campus
With 50 to100 people, living here will feel like a small village. Physically it's a campus on a small peninsula surrounded by water with several houses and spaces. There's a cozy café and restaurant in the 17th century mannor house, a beautiful deck for sunbathing and swimming in the lake (ice-skating in the winters), a beach, our own private sauna raft, a large greenhouse, an outdoor gym, a tennis court and a beach volleyball court, a stunning lakeside forest walking and running path, and several beautiful currently empty houses right by the water that could be turned into art/music studios or retreat centers.
On a beautiful site overlooking the Drevviken Lake, just 20 minutes south of central Stockholm, our community enjoys the perfect blend of natural beauty and accessibility. This tranquil setting, once part of Stiftelsen Sköndal—a foundation dedicated to the education of Christian deacons—now serves as the home for our intentionally developmental community.

The Main Building
At the center of all of this lies our main building of 6.000m2 facing south with stunning lake views.
Our community is blessed with a stunning natural location on the serene Drevviken Lake. Surrounded by lush forests, the area offers ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Enjoy refreshing swims in the lake, scenic running trails, and peaceful walking paths through the woods. A floating sauna on the lake provides a unique relaxation spot. During winter, the lake transforms into a skating paradise, perfect for long excursions. This idyllic setting not only enhances our community’s well-being but also offers endless opportunities to connect with nature and enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle year-round.

Here, surrounded by the tranquility of Drevviken Lake, our residents find the perfect setting to explore new ways of being, thinking, relating, collaborating, and acting.
Currently, the building is undergoing a thoughtful renovation to meet the needs of our vibrant community. These renovations are designed to create spaces that support our principles of living, flourishing, and contributing. Once completed, the facility will feature modern amenities while preserving the site's historical and spiritual essence.
Our lakeside sanctuary is more than just a location; it is a nurturing environment where individuals can engage deeply with themselves, each other, and the broader world.

Join us in this beautiful, rich environment as we prototype the future — and build a world where everyone can thrive.
